Production & delivery
Each piece is made to order. The current US planning baseline is about 2–5 business days in production, followed by carrier transit. Dates are estimates, not guarantees; the final checkout must show the current destination-specific estimate.
Changes & cancellations
Changes are welcome before proof approval. After approval and production release, personalization, size and address changes may no longer be possible.
Problems with an order
Personalized pieces are not returnable for buyer-approved spelling, size or design choices. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can review a replacement or refund.
